So, I'm doing new things. I'm actually trying to learn CSS right now.

I want to redesign my blogs. My main blog is gonna get a brand new theme, which I have yet to get started on. But right now I'm focusing on redesigning this blog, which is probably going to get a much simpler design than what it got currently.

I already have a file structure naming scheme in place, because I love that aesthetic, and I think a very simple HTML theme would fit, but I still need to work on it so that it doesn't look too bad.

I want it to properly fit mobile devices and be readable on these. I want it to have a dark mode, these kinds of things. And for now, this is not something the Plain HTML theme from Bearblog can provide, so I'm gonna try and make my own thing.

So I opened a new blog. It's called The Incubator. It's... a dumpster fire. But on purpose. It's a test blog, but it's also a notebook for these tests.

So every time I want to mess around with CSS things, I'll do it on there. But I'm also taking notes as to what I learn, not just from CSS, but from Markdown and HTML formatting as well. So I'm keeping notes that are useful to me and could actually be useful to someone who doesn't know much like me. But more than that, I'm archiving my learning process.

And I gotta say, I'm having a ton of fun. I'm learning things in a way that could probably be very infuriating to an outside point of view. It's kind of like a hacky way for now. I'm very much reverse engineering stuff. But it's the way I learn things. It's me. And I don't want it to be anything else but fun. Which it is. It's problem solving without it being actually a problem.
